Alfred is an experienced Mortgage Specialist who has been helping people achieve their real estate goals for more than 16 years.  Alfred grew up in Winnipeg, MB, and, like many former Winnipeg residents, moved to Calgary after high school to pursue a promising career.  While living in Calgary, the real estate market peaked his interest and he began going out with friends and families looking for a home at his own leisure.  Always good with numbers, Alfred started to look into developing his own capital and really took an interest in helping people gain their own as well. Quantus Mortgage Solutions (QMS) was created in 2009 with a very clear vision and purpose. Our group envisioned a strong, regional brokerage that had the independence to leverage their respected reputation to build long lasting relationships with their lender network. The founders and co-owners of the company Paul Bojakli and Todd Fralic are both well tenured mortgage professionals with 15 years plus experience respectively. The two met at what was the largest national mortgage brokerage at the time where Paul led one of the largest teams in Western Canada, and Todd was the Regional Vice President. Together, they were fortunate enough from the onset to assemble a strong team of top producing, like-minded brokers; most of whom remain to this day as the core of our team years later.
